Analyze the process, identify inputs, outputs, activities, and stakeholders involved and map out the process using a flowchart to identify areas for improvement.

MONITOR AND MEASURE RESULTS

 

Use data and feedback from stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of changes to monitor the improvement of processes, measure the results and identify further areas for improvement.

As an ongoing process, continuously monitor processes and look for opportunities to make further improvements.
